Ramez McCarus of Charleston, WV, the son of Naseef McCarus and Della Saad McCarus.
Years ago, it was very popular to have photographs that could be sent as postcards. It was a precursor to Facebook. People loved their children and delighted in sending out the cards. This baby is really cute. Below is one with the writing in Arabic which I had translated.

To [Uncle] Frank [Bassiet],
My name is Ramez [McCarus] the number 4 child [of Nasseph and Della Saad McCarus of Charleston].
We have the pleasure of meeting you. If you want to meet me and know about my behavior, come and look at me and you are going to know I am older today. I laugh at everybody. I was weak but today what I am going to tell you about myself.
Old Man, I don’t want to be hard on you. What happened with me yesterday? I hit two kids and they started crying.
