Rebuilt after a spectacular 1969 fire, Thabit’s Restaurant closed in 2007.

This token was found on the railroad tracks east of the Guyandotte River. It is believed to belong to Louis N. Thabit (1883-1918) who died of the pandemic flu. Tokens were very popular back then.
