Tarcisio’s grandparents are from Kfeir, Lebanon.

He was born and grew up in Brazil and has been in the US for 20+ years, currently living in Miami, FL.

Tarcisio is an Electrical Engineer and works for an American Consulting Firm.  A recent assignment was in Northern Virginia working on the expansion of the Metro Silver Line.
