Selma Bassett Edinger, age 96, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 23, 2012. Retired from Hockaden & Assoc. Secretary of the Kfeirian Foundation. Member of the Lebanese/Syrian Club of Columbus. Graduated from Berea College and received her Masters from The Ohio State University. Long time member of the Red Barons and the Eastern Star. Survived by sons, Matthew (Rita) Bassiet and Alan Edinger and Maari Adams; grandson, Armando Bassiet; sister, Lorraine Scott; brother, Abraham (Sharon) Bassett, Jr.; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by parents and three sisters. Friends may call Wednesday 4-7 p.m. at the EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 403 E. BROAD ST. and Thursday from 10-11 a.m. at St. Catharine Church, 500 S.
