Joseph Early “Red” Peck

Of Huntington, WV, passed away on February 12, 2025, at the age of 79. He was born on June 16, 1945, to the late Floreda James and was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary Hodge Peck.

Joe dedicated over 40 years to the security industry, proudly owning and operating several alarm system companies, most recently Alarm System Inc. Outside of work, he had a deep passion for trains and model railroading, hobbies that brought him great joy throughout his life.

Joe is survived by his son, Joseph “Joey” (Linda) Peck of Port St. Lucie, Florida; his special friends, Louise & Robert Holmes; a brother-in-law; and a host of nieces, extended family, and friends who will remember him fondly.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at Holy Spirit Orthodox Church, 1 Woodhaven Dr, Huntington, WV, with Father John Dixon officiating. Interment will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery.
